I'm attempting to access an external directory via LDAP on a port other than 636. I am attempting to use SSL and have imported the external directory server's trusted root. I can establish a connection to the server just fine without SSL. When I turn SSL on, I get an error stating that the server isn't available. I know that the port is working fine. Could it be that he needs my trusted root as well and if so, how do I export it to him in a pem format? Please help!
